At Gambolla, safety and hygiene are priorities.
Our play areas and soft play equipment are procured from reputed companies, and have been designed to meet international safety standards. Gambolla is designed to ensure that children have fun in as low-risk a playground environment as possible. For instance, the big, red, curved slide has been specially designed for children – the laws of physics dictate that the heavier you are, the faster you go – adults are therefore advised to use caution while accompanying their children :)
Parents, please take note of the following:
Along with our regular scheduled cleaning and disinfecting, these measures will help to reduce health risks. We are especially aware of the risk of viral infections and therefore seek your co-operation in ensuring that children follow the hygiene rules. We also ask parents to be fair to others and keep unwell children at home, especially children with runny noses or other possible symptoms.
For your information...
All ball pits are sanitized daily and completely emptied and cleaned thoroughly once a week. The play area is constantly cleaned on a rotating roster basis with heavy-duty germicidal disinfectant solution.
Upgrades & Safety Audits
On the first Monday of each month, Gambolla closes doors for four hours for a short renovation period. During this time, we perform upgrades and safety audits of our equipment. While this may be an inconvenience to our customers, for which we do apologise, we feel it is very important that we maintain our high standards for safety and hygiene.
